Cons
1) No co-workers. You work only with you Financial Advisor so you really have to make sure you’re a good fit for each other 2) Not a lot of opportunities for career advancement: you either study to become a Financial Advisor or stay as a BOA 3) 9-5pm work schedule and set responsibilities can become repetitive for those looking for a challenge or growing a career
