compensation, work balance was good, good paid time off and other benefits, nice physical office space, most people are nice to work with - but there can be many egoists

Cons

not a great culture in terms of valuing people, no clear understanding of ways to advance career within the company, takes too long to move up

Pros

1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

Cons

1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
