Acquisition was rocky at best - employees not getting paid commissions, contractors not getting paid at all, no way to see when your pay is coming. in order to escalate issues, you are to send an email to huge generic email threads with 5-10 people you don't know from a different country trying to help you. No one knows what's going on. You are set up for failure moving into sales position but are promised all kinds of accounts and money. Leadership is non existent. Some people get to do exactly what they want, when they want, while others are monitored down to each call they make daily. Inappropriate relationships in the office and hooking up (sometimes married people) happening at company events.
