Pros
Base salary paid once you've been on site and have come back from client side. Meaning you can go from 25k to 20k once you are off the project. Certain in house staff members are really nice and genuine people Large list of client Basic training can land you a good role in a well known company if you are lucky. Good leverage after you have completed your 2 years
Cons
Many cons... 2 year contract tie in with ridiculous pay back amount if you leave early. Minimal benefits Could be placed on client site with a really bad client. - Has happened to many people. When in office you are micromanaged for the smallest of things. This will refelct bad when it comes to speaking to account managers. Some trainers are absolutely horrible people. Could be placed on client site doing a project completely unrelated to what you have been trained in. Need to approach account manager for roles and it feels like you have to beg to be put on a placement. If account manager does not like you/the look of you/your attitude or anything of the sort just know that any role that comes their way you are on the red list. Pay is not great I'll break it down for you: 20k base 1st year day rate: £19.88 - London (25k PA) £13.30 roughly - Outside of london (23.5k PA) 2nd Year: £28.88 - London (27.5k PA) £23.12 - Outside of London (26k PA)
