Pros
The culture is definitely entreprenurial. There are lots of smart people, and a diverse client base. If you are bored, you probably aren't looking hard enough for opportunities.
Cons
Like any agency, FH struggles with typically issues like turnover, pricing models, and challenges to work/life balance. But the grass isn't always greener on the client side.
