Pros
I was there for more than 8 years and it used to be a great place work before Mr foster took over. Fujitsu used to be good place to work and grow but in last few years emphasis is only on billing you 100%.
Cons
The company is run on cost cutting to the core. I was part of CASSIS which was never making any profits due to number of toxic projects and also because no training was offered to staff to skill up. All of the staff is just treated as a number on the books, there is no investment in staff, however to the contrary management says that “People are its greatest asset”. All eggs are kept is cloud basket which as many others have pointed is a joke. It is just managed hosting rebadged. Fujitsu like other major players has been trying to utilise their global delivery centres which they openly admit that don’t work but they continue to push along causing customers and staff to suffer. Sales staff are not interested in selling anything other than cloud and solution design team don’t have any fresh ideas to know what is happening in market. In most cases solution teams are led by old dinosaurs who in most cases are trying to protect their own space. You know you are working in a wrong company when CEO of the company makes a threatening comment to senior leaders “If you don’t do your timesheets, you will be sacked”. On many occasions CEO and senior management have made decisions on P/L statements which means constant retrenchments and often done in drips.
