      Pros

      The people are very smart and it is a great place to build fundamentals. The training opportunities for the top employees are great and you are given the opportunity to showcase your talent in all of the leadership programs.

      Cons

      The pay is not great comparative to other companies in the same industry. People work for GE for the brand, not the salary.
