Pros
Ample opportunities given to employees to showcase their leadership abilities. Good work life balance. Employee health and family concerns are given huge importance. Huge emphasis on Six sigma.
Cons
Software division is not at par with the engineering division. As it is a huge company, people tend to get lost somewhere in the middle, so HR should have more interactions regularly. As huge emphasis is given on Six Sigma, sometimes projects are completed in a haste for the sake of achieving six sigma goals
