Pros
-Great co-workers. -Decent compensation. -Great history. The company is well respected throughout the world. -The company operates with the highest level of integrity.
Cons
-The leadership team will not make investments necessary to grow the business. It is strictly a cost-out culture. We live from quarter-to-quarter and no one is brave enough to make a major long-term investment. -Jeff Immelt, the CEO, is a poor leader who has driven our stock price into the toilet. -I am not sure where I go next in regard to my career path.
