Pros

There are good people that work there even though management is awful

Cons

Low pay, racist, lacks diversity, overload you with work, treat non-white employees unfairly All they do is acquire companies. They eventually lose all their good employees and retain the bad ones. If you are a non-white employee and ask for a deserved promotion, they will terminate you soon after giving you the promotion. Almost every single non-white employee in our department has been terminated even though they have more credentials and less or no complaints than the white employees. One non-white employee left because this individual felt as if management was coming after her and was going to terminate her. Lots of nepotism at this company. It feels as if almost everyone you work with has a relative that also works there.

Great work-life balance as a remote employee. Management is approachable and genuinely willing to help when it comes to workload — you never feel like you're on your own.

Cons

Mentorship is largely self-driven. if you don't seek it out yourself, it won't come to you. Systems and internal processes can be slow and tedious, which adds friction to an already fast-paced workload. Compensation does not reflect the complexity or volume of work expected. High performers who are ready for the next step would benefit from clearer, more proactive promotion paths. When that structure is missing, talented people disengage quietly long before they ever leave.
