Pros
Gallagher Bassett is a great company to work for. They have offered work from home options even prior to the Covid pandemic. They have a state of the art computer system for claims handling and great support in their management department. I have worked in several positions with this company and find that there is a great deal of opportunity for people with the drive to excel. The pay is on par with other companies and good benefit plans with matching 401K. This is my second time around working for Gallagher and cannot think of a better place to be.
Cons
This is a third party administrator so clients have a lot of input. One should have very good people skills for this portion of the job. (This is not really a con, just a fact of this particular business)
