Pros
Paid internship! (as a college student this is a PLUS) You get paired up with a mentor that you pick. Hands on internship: you get to be apart of client meetings and you get a lot of presentation opportunities. This internship is great for professional development and networking. You get to meet a lot of leaders in this organizations and other businesses as well. There is opportunity for travel as well (paid).
Cons
Not many cons as far as an internship- there is a reason it is competitive and ranked nationally. They invest a ton in their interns- this is the kind of the internship that will lead to a career if you perform well and like the company culture and business. Highly focused on sales, if you are not interested in a sales career might not be a good fit for you. However, they have many different departments that might offer other internships.
