The culture the company actually manages. The management within certain teams really does leave a lot to be desired, If you are looking for a male dominated environment then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a company that does not value you as a human. Again this is the place for you. If you are looking for a company that says they are diverse when in fact they are as far from diverse as possible. This is the place for you. If you want to put 110% in to your job with no recognition and you only get spoken to when you make 1 small human error mistake. This is the place for you If you want to be bullied on an hour based and watch your entire team cry each and every week. This is the place for you. There is management failures crossed the board in this company. No company is perfect but when management make it their mission to upset/be little and bully members of your team, you really need to think if this is the place for you. When you start it’s all Sunshine and roses but give it a month or so and you will really start to see the true colours of the immediate team and if you are really lucky you get to see the implementation/procedural teams true colours and that’s when it really shows what sort of a company you work for. Also never ask for help unless you wish to be ignored or again belittled and if you happen to ask a question that is maybe a little more complicated than normal expect to never receive an answer or if you happened to question the answer you are given again do not expect a reply as you will not get it. But make a mistake and wow immediate response followed by bullying! No support at all
