      Great employees, great discount, some creative freedom and able to try your hand at different tasks.

      Cons

      management will lead you on and make you jump through hoops with the promise of advancing with the company.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
