Pros

Cons
-Training is vague -Very strict on work performance -Expected to dedicate yourself to H&M, in the way of knowledge and team spirit -Till system is older than most retailers and is therefore harder to use -Staff are bitchy like most retail environments, however if you work hard and don't get involve you will be fine -Competitive visual positions and management positions -Min wage until 3 month probation period
