Pros

- good teams and people - possibility to change roles and design your development

Cons

- no flexibility - expected to work long overhours and judged if leave earlier - only 2 days per month is allowed to work from home - no benefits (gym, transportation ticket, cantine, language courses, flexible working, work from home more often) - no development courses / programs, when employees ask for providing training in certain tools, it does not happen - bonuses on performance are not existing - no clear salary and career progress - required to work in a physical store several times a year, and it is not mentioned anywhere during the recruitment process

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
