- fun to work with fashion - fast-pace
Cons
- highly unorganized - poor digital knowledge within the company (traditional retail focus - many former store workers get manager positions at the head office without any education) - management doesn't care about their employees, if you don't perform 100% from start you can be kicked out easily. I was fired from one day to another during my probation period and apparently this is common within H&M group as another colleague in my team had been through the same and almost everyone I got to know knew someone who had been fired. Many employees also have short term contracts and managers hire employees with the ambition to fire them by end of the probation period.
