      *Current CEO has no sales background. Inexperience in sales is causing a significant decrease in profitability. *Countries were connected to regions, but it significantly reduced flexibility according to the local customer. *Pay is average.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
