everyone in management has never worked anywhere else, no diversity/inclusion (all white, middle-aged Swedes), they are all friends handing out jobs and promotions to one another, if challenged they will close ranks and eject you. It feels like a cult, people are scared to express opinions that go against what management decides or expects. Management is not held accountable or challenged in their behaviors/opinions, and HR are backing them up, no questions asked. Abuse is rampant, yet condoned or ignored. Values, ethics and I&D are approached tokenistically - just ticking boxes to pretend they care. There is no chance to progress in your career based on meritocracy and performance. Salaries are very low compared to industry standards and no discussion over them is ever allowed. No bonuses, dividends, 14th month, and no benefits either. No transparency over salary levels and brackets. Very outdated processes and a complete lack of clarity over how to reach business strategies, that are instead dumped on teams with zero guidance and support, just peer pressure and expectations from a management team that has been so far removed from operational aspects that is way less knowledgeable than their own staff.
