Cons
Toxic leadership; creating mistrust/micro management, hostile environment and extremely low employee morale through erratic and bullying behaviour. Creativity and innovation ceases to exist. Archaic over the top new processes in place. Employees treated as a one size fits all and not fairly to individual needs which creates undue stress on some who feel undervalued and not respected. Old school 1980s management and unrealistic high expectations.
