      Pros

      From the moment I joined, both the TAs and my colleagues have been incredibly warm and welcoming. The learning and development opportunities have been outstanding, particularly for those new to recruitment. I would highly recommend joining Hays.

      Cons

      It can be a busy environment and takes time to master your craft, but there are no unrealistic expectations from management. Everyone is approachable and always willing to help.
