Ok - Human Resources Hiscox Employee Review

Good culture. People care about each other.

Systems need improvement. Lot's of glitches to fix.

I'm still getting a paycheck with benefits

The biggest con is the Executive Leadership team. They're generically incompetent and embody unoriginal stereotypes of out-of-touch leaders who enjoy swanning around from office to office, doing nothing of real value. They hold leadership townhalls and Q&A sessions, but avoid saying anything of real substance and only know how to deflect and talk around the issue. They're a boring copy & paste of any executive sitting in corporate America today.
