      FSP with lots of support from management, only one study per DM lead, which is great. Good work-life balance, best I ever had

      Many milestones in one project, you can have same project for many years

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
