The company is rather poorly managed. Everything is about money. Sometimes it's even pointless to try, so at the end you loose all of the motivation. It's quite hard to get a bonus. You have to make a lot of placements to hit the threshold and get money, otherwise you get nothing, when in most of agencies you get money for every placement. No one knows anything, people are unwiling to make decisions, everything is just constantly escalated, as nobody wants to take responsibility. I felt really unmotivated. It's super hard to get salary raise.

I had a very bad line manager, who was not interested in my development and only cared about the project metrics. More generally, the company brags about their values, but they don't really practice them. On the technical side, they still use very old and obsolete systems that can't keep up with the advancement of the clinical research industry.
