    Positive Outlook

I have been working at ICON full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good people working hard in local facilities, leadership worked hard to retain jobs during COVID, but forced salary reductions

    Cons

Lack of advancement for women and minorities, the upper echelon of the company is largely white males and every woman who has left has been replaced by a white male. Too tight with hiring replacement headcount, which makes for an overworked workforce.

I worked at ICON full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great location - Decent benefits - Some lovely Colleagues - Opportunities to take on added responsibility

    Cons

    - A member of staff at this location who is very unpleasant and seems to think they rule the office. They make snide comments about other employees in chain emails etc and non of the management would deal with it when I complained. - Looking back I realize the pay was very poor for what I was doing, on the other hand it was a great opportunity to gain experience rapidly - In one year I think my job title and service arm title changed three times. There were too many middle managers, people were in constant fear of losing their job due to mergers - No funding was provided by the company for social events. Everything was organized by the employees. Made for a stale atmosphere to work in.

  10. "Ideal work environment"
