      Pros

      I collaborated & learned from a lot of different leaders & project managers. For the most part they were very pleasant to work with. Formerly PRA Health Sciences employee, great benefits & FTO policy.

      Cons

      Worked a hybrid model, but I think this may depend on who your leader is and where you are located. I would have preferred fully remote with the occaisional office visit.
