Up to 27 days holidays In some cases salary (when hired externally)

Cons

Lack of power with mid-management, bad business decisions have left the department chronically short staffed and overworked for several years. All processes are stagnant, no investment in technology for a data department. Staff are constantly over assigned work and stressed out. Overtime is expected constantly. Gave staff a pay cut during COVID when making over a Billion $ for years now. Cut bonus by half and then bought PRA for 12 Billion. Staff paid for their own home office setups.

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

Cons

Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
