Pros
Managers do not micromanage, everybody is helpful and friendly, good task distribution (it is a busy job and it is fast paced but it is manageable and super interesting), learning opportunities, collaborative team work, salary and benefits, amazing PTO, effective communication across teams and departments, great onboarding training, responsible coworkers, trust among teams, flexible work schedule, hybrid and/or remote work is an option for some positions, excellent work/life balance. Good work gets recognized and ample growth opportunity, this is the best company I have ever worked at! Proud and happy to work at ICON.
Cons
Cannot think of many cons other than some of the tech systems could be updated. There are other tricky workaround procedures to request IT services and the likes but nothing too cumbersome considering this is a huge company.
