      Pros

      -Benefits -Good Experience -Hybrid (work from home a couple days of the week) *** Please note this is before PRAH was taken over by ICON.

      Cons

      - Upper management micro-manages team -Salary is low compared to other companies -Work life balance is awful -Great Benefits but taking PTO is like very risky due to the amount of work you have in the first place -Not enough Analysts so you will be over whelmed with studies -You basically do work for other departments who delay the process and try to pin it on you, I basically did work for legal, the project manager and accounting while doing forecasting and budgeting which was the main role

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
