      As a PRA employee, the buyout has been awful. ICON fired anyone who had knowledge of PRAs systems that didn’t leave. It’s a slowly dying company now due to poor management and decisions handling the PRA buyout.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
