Lack of Growth & Accountability - Anonymous employee ICON Employee Review

Unfortunately, there are many people working there that are just 'floating by' and are not accountable for their work. It is hard to get people to do their job. Senior management was atrocious in some departments without a clue as to what they were doing. No promotion opportunities but management would continuously over-promise and under deliver.
