Pros

Gain industry experience. Possible to learn from talented coworkers. International exposure.

Cons

Meager annual merit increases that don't even match current inflation. Little to no annual bonus. Jobs moved from experienced staff in "high cost" countries (US, Canada, etc.) to relatively unexperienced staff in "low cost" countries (Mexico, India, etc.) with no regard for the loss of institutional knowledge or staff morale implications. The forced bell curve for performance ratings (which impact bonuses, merit increases, and promotions) is ineffective and demotivating.

Pros

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Cons

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

Cons

Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
