      Job instability, alot of layoffs happening these 2 years globally including Singapore. Bonus and promotion/salary increment frozen till H2 2025.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
