      Pros

      -Remote Work -Opportunity to gain different work experiences due to contracts -Good PTO & health insurance -Good co-workers

      Cons

      -You will be over worked and you are not being compensated at market value if you work within FSP - The incentive to do better is almost non-existant. It's hard to get a promotion. You wont be financially incentivized (no bonuses in FSP) and they make it extremely difficult for you to receive an excellent annual review. -It's challenging to get a promotion and the ICON recruiters do a poor job at following up with you.

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
