      Learning what NOT to do at a better job by watching IKEA fail as a "team". And the STARTING PAY...

      Cons

      Food Dept do not have monthly meetings. There is a huge gap with communication amongst managers and staff. If your new workers know more than the older workers something is VERY wrong with training and management
