Pros

Paid Vacation Sick Time Good Benefits

Cons

Abusive management Negative work environment Gossipy co-workers Punished for using sick time if ever needed Not allowed to take vacation time even though it is available to use Playing favorites Co-workers quit on the spot because of the abuse Write up good workers so the company does not have to pay for raises Food Service Workers run this dish room even though it is not mentioned as a responsibility during interviews Management will not break employees, yet employees still are punished if they do not take breaks Management will not work with the schedules of their co-workers They will mess up your new availability, refuse to fix it, tell you to figure you out, and punish you if you cannot come in one day (college students especially) They work co-workers with 103 degree fevers and will not let them go home or take additional breaks They will take away your hours when they are blowing their sales out of the water Micromanagement and harassment are issues They do not care if you struggle with a chronic condition. They will not accomodate you. They do not follow company values They will have you in the dish room for months at a time and not care if you get hurt This location does not practice sustainable practices I could go on...

Pros

I have a very empathetic and flexible manager. Although I do meet the requirement to be in office three days a week many others do not and don’t seem to suffer for it. My work can be challenging at times, but due to the slow pace of most things here I rarely feel overwhelmed.

Cons

This is, without equivocation, the most sclerotic organization I have ever been a part of. The management structure and reporting lines are inscrutable and even after 3 years I barely understand how my team fits into the larger picture. My job is a data role, and although getting access to data has improved somewhat, it is still one of my biggest blockers.
