      Working as a visual merchandiser at ikea is creative and fun.

      Cons

      the payment is.not Good. At my store we Work some weekends in sales and that effect the com&in Work in a negative way, everybody has the same clothing (the yellow one)and we have no flexible hours.

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
