      Travel to international Build ups all over the world to build new ikea stores. People are great to work with. Creative and fun workplace.

      Cons

      Very burocratic, salaries low, training is not a lot but if than really good.

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
