Pros
I worked for Ipsos and it was fully remote. I made cold calls and typed answers verbatim into the system. Some of the people are rude, but the staff are very helpful and make it easy. I was nervous at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was quite easy.
Cons
Rude people on other end of the phone sometimes.
