Pros
Good salary to start your career as an market research analyst. Can work remotely and go into an office whenever you want.
Cons
Lots of internal political stuff especially with the upper management. Manager like positions like to threw you under the bus if they view you as weak/not on par with their level - managers don't provide feedback until the last minute instead of proactively telling you so you can correct any negative comments about performance. They say that they have a good work-life balance but in reality they still expect you to work overtime/weekends then you get penalized if you don't especially if a team manager doesn't mention you should (basically expects you to read their minds).
