It is a shame I could not give a score of 0 for this survey - SRE Ipsos Employee Review

Where do I start, I have been at this company a couple of years and I hate it (like many other people). They just don't treat their employees with respect at all. Unfair treatment is a common culture in the company. Promotions/Bonuses are not transparent at all. Senior staff tend to play favourites a lot. People management is atrocious, they keep on hiring senior people who are clueless line managers, at best. Projects are managed badly & are always run under stressful conditions. This is just not a nice company to work for - Plain & simple. Plus there is not development.
