Decent benefits, long term stability as an organization, diverse workforce

Cons

new boy network which favors a certain group of employees. Moving forward, the organization will continue to focus on shareholders while decreasing benefits.

They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

Cons

Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
