      The company has lots of benefits. if you are looking for benefits and settle down in one single position its the company

      Cons

      You can't look for promotion they expect you to do one position above but that doesnt stop there it keeps adding when they know you are capable.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
