      You get to work on your own initiative. Great pay and benefits

      Cons

      New starters are more cut throat than us long termers and are giving an unreal expectation of the different roles they do. Most move onto other companies within three years.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
