After a lengthy period with another CAT 1 Contractor. Kier approached & encouraged me to make the big step of changing organisations. Although my day to day role is very similar, the opportunities outside of my position is what convinced me to make the leap. The extra responsibilities afforded to me with our Graduate & Apprenticeship schemes. Help creating new contacts with the supply chain. Exploring & developing new geographical opportunities within the Kier landscape. Supporting School & University events. Joining Kier has helped unlock new possibilities in my role that had now been presented to me historically. Which allows me to keep evolving in my career.
