      Pros

      The employees are great. The old building was really nice off I-10.

      Cons

      The leadership team is egotistical. The processes they have in place are more suited for Europe. The company has not made the adjustments to include the American culture.

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
