      + Projects can be very interesting + Breadth of experience (coding, documentation, soft skills) + Making efforts to use newer technologies + Job security + Easy to move around

      Cons

      + Management is very project dependent (i.e. certain projects allow for self-organising teams and others are heavily micro-managed) + Certain parts of the organisation slow to transition to newer technologies

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
