Pros
There’s no micromanaging, you can come and leave as you please as long as you get 40 hours at the end of the week. They use the 4/10 schedule. The company workforce is diverse and there are people from many different ethnic backgrounds, very welcoming to new hires. Good amount of PTO. Overall great company with a great work/life balance.
Cons
Have to be onsite, insurance is trash because of the high out of pockets, even though you’re a salaried worker you still have to log your hours.
