      Pros

      Stable work environment. If you want to learn and move up you can. Depending on the program you work for, you could be doing some really things.

      Cons

      They are stuck in the 80s when it comes to how they treat engineers. Benefits, pay, and work environment are still in the 80s. Buildings you work in are outdated. The review process for yearly reviews is outdated.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
