Pros
The people at my location are very easy to get along with. Everyone is eager to help get things to the end of the line. The overall attitude on the shop floor is mission focused. You will find many co-workers with 10 or 15+ years of tenure which is very remarkable.
Cons
It was not a very welcoming experience. From Day 1 - I was told to be at the office at specified time. The facility has badge readers and security was not even at the front desk when I showed up. So I was stuck waiting out in the cold for nearly 30 minutes before being brought inside. The new hire orientation (if you can call it that) felt very out of touch and impersonable. It's a 45 minute online session and then they want you to get back to work. You have no time to traverse the new systems. Maybe my view is skewed because every previous employer has taken the time to greet their employees and properly onboard them. Here I didn't meet HR until the end of the week. Also, I was glared at when trying to sit and navigate all of the new software and test my login credentials.
